Qualifying is easy - just bring a copy of one of these completed documents to Ilderton to show you operate your own business:

Government document with business tax ID
Business incorporation document
State, county, or municipal business certificate or license
Federal or state income tax forms showing operator as a business
Copy of government document showing nonprofit tax ID and a business name
Business Link ID number
Daimler-Chrysler fleet account number
Business License
Copy of a assumed business name documentation (DBA)
Sales tax license
Workmen's compensation or commercial liability insurance
State or federal tax forms with federal tax ID number
Specialized IRS forms (schedule C or F)
